Custom JS Data Layer for Google Ads, GTM & Martech Integration

A custom JavaScript data layer was built to support in-platform optimization analyses. Consented data is flagged, protected, and sent through Google Enhanced Conversions. The data layer also extended reporting capabilities to support landing page optimization.

Lead Forms & Product Selector to PipeDrive

When leads are trickling in, automation is usually the last thing on anyone's mind. In this case, the leads had started flowing and too much time was being committed to data entry. Lead forms were replaced with WP Forms, and Pipedrive was connected through a Zapier connection. Organization, people, and lead records are created or updated and several steps of intake were automated.

Write Lead Data to Google Sheets for Processing

Startups and small businesses get a lot done through Google Sheets. We build custom apps to integrate and automate Google Sheets data work. In this case, lead data is reviewed for quality and after follow ups may be sent into other systems. We used a Zapier webhook this time, and went through the Google Sheets API. This resulted in a workflow that is visible and editable for our clients team.

Facebook CAPI Via GTM & Tealium

GTM was set up with the base Facebook pixel and custom conversions were managed in Ads Manager. We updated the pixel to include proprietary user identifiers and hashed user information when consented and available. Tealium was also updated to sync this data from the server-side, including hashed lead information critical to campaign optimization.​

Lead Quality Automation

Too much time had been spent dealing with bad lead data and fully unqualified leads. By adding custom validation in Instapage and referencing the Kickbox API, we were able to increase the quality of leads going into CRM by over 3x.

Send post-install events to AppsFlyer

The mobile devs had already integrated the SDK into their Android and iOS apps, but the information was not sufficient for marketing. True conversions happen post-install. Since the app was connected to a server-side CDP (like Segment, Tealium, Hightouch) we were able to connect directly to the mobile attribution solution (in this case Appsflyer, but same for Kochava, InMobi, etc.) to send consented data to allow remarketing to users based on their in-app activities.
